The Tatwir application will cover and implement this digital framework by providing citizens with real estate related services such as the viewing of their own assets, assigning of developers, brokers & consultants to their assets and listing their assets for sale. Moreover, they will be able to apply to the various real estate related permits and services listed by government entities such the Ministry Of Housing And Urban Planning, Muscat Municipality, Royal Oman Police and etc. Moreover, they will be able to participate in real estate auctions.
